Linsora helps Etsy sellers analyze listings and reviews. This policy explains what data we handle and how it is used.

Information we collect
Account information such as your email address and sign-in status.
Listing content you paste, import, or authorize us to retrieve through the Etsy API, including titles, descriptions, tags, prices, images, and shop listing identifiers.
Reports, review insights, applied checklist progress, credit balances, credit transactions, and usage history.
Technical information needed to operate the service, such as basic request logs and error diagnostics.
How we use information
To generate listing reports, review insights, saved history, and seller workflow recommendations.
To sync authorized shop catalog data when a seller chooses to connect a shop.
To manage authentication, credits, usage limits, support, security, and service reliability.
To improve Linsora without selling personal data.
Etsy access
Linsora does not ask for or store Etsy passwords.
When Etsy connection is enabled, access is requested through Etsy's official authorization flow.
Linsora uses authorized Etsy API access to read seller-approved shop and listing data. We do not automatically edit Etsy listings.
You can disconnect Etsy access or request deletion of stored data by contacting support.
AI processing
Listing and review text may be sent to AI providers to generate reports and recommendations.
AI output can be useful, but sellers should review recommendations before applying them to a live listing.
Data retention and deletion
We keep account, report, credit, and usage records while your account is active or as needed to operate the service.
You may request export, correction, disconnection, or deletion of your account data by emailing support.
